Internet Explorer is the most popular as it comes bundled with Windows, but quite a few people have had problems with it, especially with anti-virus software conflicting with it. Sometime a different browser will allow you to get back on to the internet, and we recommend Firefox (which can be downloaded from here). It has better security features, and displays most websites in a recognizable way.
