Virus Alert!

There is a new breed of fake anti-virus going around at the moment called Think Point. The difference between this one and other fake anti-virus programs is that it modifies Windows Operating System files, making removal quite tricky.

Adobe has also announced that there is an email going around with an infected PDF file that will install Trojans on your computer. They are currently working on a fix (see article here)

Speed up your Office!

Should I get an iPad?

The iPad is the new "must have" gadget to take to world by storm, but should you rush out and get one? A quick Google search will reveal that there have been teething problems with the wireless networking, and print support. DCN Solutions advises to wait at least 12 months (as with any new technology) for the teething problems to be addressed. This will also allow time for developers to write custom programs so you can get the full potential of the iPad.
